Every bodybuilding program is essentially a strength training program at heart, and all bodybuilders should be placing their primary focus on adding more weight to the bar over time. In fact, bodybuilders in most countries have adopted an Olympic-style program for many years, to be called the bodybuilding "bund," and have included plenty of strength workouts into their training. Unfortunately, that's not the case in the US.
